On the other hand, we also see women who exercise daily, eat a well balanced and nourishing diet, make great efforts to be healthy, but who still can’t seem to improve their health or metabolism.
What we came to realise is that many women just don’t know what’s normal for their body, and what’s not. They feel less than 100% most of the time and simply put up with it, mostly because they don’t know any different.
